Roland: Good afternoon, how are you today?
Suyeong: Oh, I'm doing great thanks.
Roland: Thank you for participating in today's interview.
Suyeong: No, no, no problem at all!
Roland: Yes, we will start the interview now. First question, how was your first year at FSA?
Suyeong: Well, yes! Recently, we had the opportunity to explain all of the FSA's events, from the Friendship Festival to the last, the Forever Party, and when I saw the photos of the Friendship Festival, I felt like I was running out of time. At the Friendship Festival, Sudhi and I acted as MCs, and whenever I think about writing the script and practising with Sudhi during those times, it felt like yesterday. If you really counted it, actually it's been seven months. . . . . . It's astonishing.
Roland: What really's astonishing for you?
Suyeong: What’s astonishing is that time passes really fast. This is the answer to “How was your first year at FSA?”
Roland: Yes, I think so too.
Suyeong: I had so much fun that I ended up sinking in the flow of time. It's the same with playing games. It always comes over in a blink of an eye even though it is about an hour or two.

Roland: Yes, it seems you found serendipity in a state of flow.
Suyeong: Sure! I reached November with those feelings.
Suyeong: As for what I learned during my stay, I wondered how I learned how to talk and interact with people when I met them. Of course, I learned things like Time Management and Team Play while working with FSA members, but I'm sure you can learn that anywhere else, so the really special thing you can learn while you're in FSA is interacting with people while talking about various topics.
Roland: It was a really good experience, wasn't it? Besides, what really FSA is meant for you?
Suyeong: It was difficult and I couldn't answer much, but I'm grateful. . I'm grateful that the students who entered from the 3rd year like myself, have been given the opportunity to grow.
Roland: Yes, of course. If so, would you like to do FSA in your second year as a 4rd year student?
Suyeong: Let me put it simply. I don't think so.
Roland: Is there a reason for that?
Suyeong: Well, it's not a very good answer, but if you enter as a 4th grader, there's a difference in the academic year, and if you say something, the other members may assume it is mandatory. Also, there is the possibility that I might unintentionally take the opportunities from my juniors.
Roland: So let's move on to another question, was there a moment that left the biggest impression on you while doing FSA activities?
Suyeong: If there are moments that leave an impression on me, the most recent ones are the strongest. Recently, at a general meeting. That was an event that I was in charge of, and to be honest, I was really worried that not many people would come. Actually, I announced it on Instagram just only a week before, but despite that, many people came, and the topic was nuclear missiles, discrimination, and other heavy topics. But when we actually did it, the students who came from Canada did a huge contribution and many Japanese students with the amount we have never encountered joined the meeting. Everyone enjoyed it more than I imagined, and I was moved by the impression.

Roland: Yes. I think it left a strong impression on my mind too. Lastly, is there anything you would like to say to the juniors who will be joining us from now on?
Suyeong: Um, my dear juniors!!! I hope you don't forget the moments when you were about to enter. I really want you to remember why you decided to do this activity and the heart you had when you applied for it. Whenever we bring up the International Student Association, it sounds like a busy task, but don't miss that there are a lot of new things that come out from FSA too.
Roland: That's a really helpful and heartful message. I think we can learn something from Suyoung. Thank you for participating in today's interview.
